ROASTED GARLIC & POTATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS
- 3 qts vegetable stock
- 1 white onion, peeled and chopped
- 3 whole cloves of roasted garlic
- 4 lbs of cooked potatoes
- 6–10 dashed of hot sauce
- 3 cups of Monument Farms Heavy Cream
- 1 cup of Monument Farms Half and Half
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Heat all the ingredients in a large soup pot.
- Blend until smooth.
