• Maintaining and growing current client sales volumes.
• Keeping client coolers stocked and rotated.
• Managing inventories and maintaining clean work areas.
• Working as a team with a Delivery Driver Helper (applies only to routes with helpers)
• Loading and unloading product. 

Requirements:

• Class B CDL License 
• Interest in Sales

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Clean Driving Record

Delivery Route Helper – Full Time

• An interest in Sales and potential growth into a Delivery Driver role is not required but a strong plus.

Processing / Packaging Specialist

Monument Farms Dairy is looking to add to our team! We take A LOT of pride in producing some of the highest quality dairy products. The Processing / Packaging specialist will be a member of a team responsible for packaging all bottled products and transporting into our cold storage area.

The person in the position of Processing / Packaging specialist will be expected to carry out (on a rotational basis) the following:

• Casing finished product
• Ensuring proper label application
• Debagging empty containers
• Transporting product into Cooler in an organized manner

Compensation: The Processing/Packaging position will start at $17 per hour.

Order Picking / Truck Loading

This position is for a motivated and organized person to be a member of a team that facilitates the flow of products in and out of the warehouse coolers, including receiving/checking in deliveries, putting away stock, building customer pre-orders, and loading delivery trucks. He/she will also be responsible for keeping products (both purchased and manufactured) rotated and organized, as well as keeping the receiving dock and cooler clean, and keeping the office sales coolers stocked.

Milker/Dairy Farmer – Full Time

We are seeking a Vermont Milker and Dairy Farmer to join our team. We pride ourselves on producing the best dairy products possible through maintaining healthy and happy dairy cattle on our farm. Join our team as a dairy farmer and use your animal science knowledge to care for our cattle and ensure they remain healthy and injury-free. You will have the chance to work closely with our team of dairy workers to milk the cattle and keep the enclosures clean and well-maintained. Exercise your technical skills as you maintain the farm equipment and reduce the number of repairs required. Employ your excellent communication skills as you work closely on our team and interact with visitors to our farm as required.
